Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this waterboard authority is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide temporary relief until 31st of March 2025.
Your new role
- Supporting with key organisational change initiatives, including administrative activities
- Developing business cases, position descriptions and communication plans
- Provide support and coaching to people leaders and their staff through consultation
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated experience within a generalist HR role supporting organisational change, including restructures
- Established experience coaching people leaders using a HR lens to sense check and influence during consultation is highly regarded and is preferred
- Proven understanding of the Fair Work Act is critical
- The successful candidate must be comfortable with administrative tasks as this is not a lead role
