Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking a VPS5 (equivalent) Senior P&C Business Partner to provide temporary relief across a variety of strategic and operational HR activities within a shared services environment, including employee relations, coaching people leaders and HR policy uplift until 30th May 2025.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated strategic and operational HR Business Partnering experience, including employee relations, coaching people leaders, HR policy uplift and other people related priorities is critical
- Established experience working within the Victorian Public Service (VPS), including being familiar with the JSE and VPS policies is essential
