Randstad HR Partners is exclusively retained to appoint a Senior P&C Partner for one of Australia's most influential FinTechs. Backed by substantial capital investment and a vision to redefine their core product, this Sydney-headquartered business is moving from "high-growth" to "high-maturity."

This isn't a traditional generalist role. We are looking for a Strategic HR Partner to serve as the dedicated lead for the CIO and CFO portfolios. You will be the bridge between technical infrastructure and human performance, ensuring that as the product scales, the talent engine keeps pace.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with the CIO & CFO: Act as a high-velocity coach and advisor to the SLT, translating a complex product roadmap into a robust talent strategy.
  • Build Technical Credibility: Move beyond HR buzzwords. You understand the nuances of engineering culture, the shift toward AI-driven workflows, and how to manage high-performing technical talent.
  • Drive Organisational Maturity: Design and embed performance frameworks, capability mapping, and engagement initiatives that fit a modern, tech-first environment-not a legacy corporate one.
  • Scale with Intent: Partner with the Chief People Officer to evolve the People function.

Your Profile:

You are a commercially-minded P&C leader who thrives in a scale-up enviornment. You likely have:

  • Deep Tech Fluency: You've spent significant time embedded within Tech/Product functions. You understand what a CIO needs to deliver a roadmap and how to align "People Ops" to "Dev Ops" rhythms.

  • Executive Gravitas: You possess the high EQ and "clinical" objectivity required to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics at the C-Suite level.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You use metrics to diagnose friction points and iterate on the employee experience the same way a PM iterates on a product.

  • Scaling Experience: You've been through the journey of significant business transformations and know where the cultural "breaking points" usually occur.
