Senior HR Advisor OR HR Manager | National Childcare provider | Gold Coast | Permanent Role
Your new company
This services provider has around 60 centres across Australia and is growing sustainably. They provide a supportive, quality and welcoming environment. They have created a new role to join their HR team and report into the General Manager. As a new position they are open to applications from both strong senior HR advisors looking for that next step up, or from experienced HR Managers who can bring a wealth of expertise and ideas to their new role.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of generalist HR for the organisation. This will include employee relations and performance management, business partnering, employee engagement, HR policies and processes and retention and engagement. Your responsibilities may include:
- Management of HR matters, investigations and providing guidance and advice to management
- Providing guidance and coaching to the recruitment team
- Developing and improving HR processes, policies and systems
- Consultation with management teams and holding HR meetings
- Change management initiatives and supporting the company as they continue to grow
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist with strong knowledge of managing employee matters, policies and contemporary employment legislation. You will be proactive, with an ability to review and improve processes and will enjoy coaching and providing mentoring / guidance to others. The organisation has a recruitment team in place but has been utilising the services of HR consultants and is looking to now bring this HR function in-house.
What you'll get in return
You will be working from their friendly head office in Robina, with plenty of parking available. This is a key hire for them as they look to further develop and refine their HR processes and systems. You will receive a base salary between 100 - 130k + super dependent on the level of experience you bring to the role
